We care about the transport and the import, the customs clearance and alcohol tax via our own bonded warehouse for alcohol, beer, sparkling wine and intermediate goods, as well as the packaging tax (ARA licensing).
We manage single-handedly all incoming- and outgoing-goods on over 900 pallet-storing positions. With our unbeatable 24-hours-service we guarantee that 99% of all orders, which we get until 12 pm, are delivered already at the next working day. Apart from that we care about co-packing, POS material and 2nd placements.
42.000 potential point-of-sale in the gastronomy are the basis. In five sales-areas takes our sales-team, in collaboration with the local wholesale and the cash & carry, care of the customers in the hotel business, gastronomy and bar scene with exclusive news and selected trends.
A special for the retail coordinated assortment, guarantees the area-wide, nationwide availability of our brands. We take care of our partners with different activities nationwide and offer especially to the seasonal highlights tailor-made concepts.
Of course we participate in all important fairs and events in the whole country. And also no rum-, whisky- or gin-festival is missing in our activity calendar. Very close to the end consumers, opens up though the platform of the direct brand- and customer retention.
We organize with our own brand ambassador many trainings and tastings of our brands within the framework of different opportunities. It doesn’t matter if in tourism colleges, cocktail workshops or bartender trainings – we bring our brands to the mixologists. As a matter of course we’re partner of the Austrian Bartender Union (ÖBU).
Our brands take part at different events over the whole year. Guaranteed nearness to the customers as well as many direct and indirect contacts, lead to an increase of the awareness level and help us to more goods rotation.
